Guangdong Tiancheng Seals Co., Ltd (“Tiancheng”for short) was established in 2001. Its controlling shareholder was formerly known as Tiancheng Seals Factory in Rongcheng District, Jieyang City, founded in 1992. The company covers an area of 61,326 square meters. With more than 300 employees and more than 60 technical R&D personnel, it is an auto parts enterprise focusing on the research and development, production, sales and service of automotive oil seals and rubber seals. The annual production capacity of leading products is more than 90 million sets, covering the field of automotive lubrication and sealing. It has become the first and second level supporting suppliers of more than 20 automobile parts enterprises, such as Changan Auto, SGMW, DFSK, CFMA, Ford, Honda, Toyota, PSA, Mahle and Valeo.

Tiancheng has always attached importance to the development of science and technology, adhered to the road of production, learning and research, and accumulated strong scientific and technological innovation abilities. Since 2006, it has been recognized as "High-tech Enterprise", "Provincial Automotive Oil Seal Engineering Technology Research and Development Center", "Provincial Enterprise Technology Center", "CNAS (China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment) Laboratory", "Guangdong Demonstration Base for Innovation Industrialization of Private Enterprises", Specialized and Sophisticated "Little Giant". In 2016, Tiancheng established a sealing R&D experimental center with international standards. In 2018, in order to better attract outstanding talents in various fields, Tiancheng established a R&D center in Guangzhou, striving to maintain the leading position of technology in the industry.

Tiancheng has its own core technology and has passed the certification of "Intellectual Property Management System". It is an intellectual property demonstration enterprise in Guangdong Province. At present, Tiancheng has obtained 33 authorized patents, including 6 invention patents, 2 provincial scientific and technological achievements appraisals and 2 first prizes of municipal scientific and technological progress. In February 2021, the "TCH" trademark was included in the Guangdong Key Trademark Protection List. In March 2021, the company's "high-mileage and long-life rubber seals for automobile engines" were selected as the 2020 Guangdong famous high-tech products. As a member of the national industry standard-setting organization (Sealing Standard Committee, Rubber Standard Committee, Sealing Device), Tiancheng led the formulation of 1 national standard, participated in the formulation of 14 national and industrial standards, and formulated 5 enterprise standards. It was praised as a "positive contributor to standardization" by the National Hydraulic Pneumatic Standardization Technical Committee.

Tiancheng pays attention to product quality. In 2005, it has officially passed the ISO/TS 16949 quality system certification (changed to IATF 16949:2016 since 2016), which is the international management standard for automobile supporting enterprises. It has successively passed ISO9001 quality management system certification, ISO14001 environmental management system certification, ISO45001 occupational health and safety management system certification, and ISO10012 measurement management system certification. In  2019, it won the DAE New Product Development Award. In 2021, it won the "Quality Cooperation Award" of GTE, and passed the Changan QCA system certification.
